Confidence to Connect is delivered by a number of organisations working together to provide digital support, connectivity and devices where appropriate.

We take your privacy seriously and want you to feel informed, safe and in control.

This page explains how your information may be used, where to find privacy notices for participating organisations, and how to request support, raise concerns or withdraw your consent.

Each organisation involved has its own Data Privacy Notice explaining how your personal data is used and your rights:

YOUR DATA RIGHTS (DSAR)

You have the right to request information about the personal data an organisation may hold about you.

This is sometimes known as a Subject Access Request.

FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS

If you have concerns about how your information has been used, or about your experience with the service, please get in touch.

You may also raise concerns directly with the relevant organisation through their own complaints process.

You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

WITHDRAWING CONSENT

Taking part in Confidence to Connect is voluntary.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the support team on 0300 180 0028 or the organisation you originally provided consent to.

Please note that withdrawing consent may affect access to some parts of the support offered.
